How long does approval take?
Approval typically takes up to 7 days. If you’re unable to log in after this period, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Which countries are eligible for registration?
You can sign up for Wholesale if your business is based in one of the following countries:

• Germany
• France
• Spain
• Portugal

What should I know about the VAT input?

• Use your international VAT number, starting with the first two letters of your country.
• A VAT number is mandatory for signup.
• Ensure that your VAT number, company name, and address match the details provided.

Can I use my existing email for signup?
The email you use for Wholesale cannot be linked to a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) account. If it is, you’ll need to create a separate email for Direct-to-Store Delivery (DSD) or contact customer service to delete the D2C account.
