Ensure you're logging in via the DSD website. Logging in through the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) site will not allow access to your invoices.

Due to Dutch tax laws, Optimum Nutrition is unable to adjust invoices once the order has been shipped.
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, the only exception to this rule is for refunds. If you are eligible for a refund, adjustments may be made accordingly.
